    Rachel Lane has 18 years experience recruiting for technical roles across a multitude of industry sectors including Medical Devices/Pharmaceuticals/ Electronics/IT & Software. Identifiable by her genuine and personable approach, Rachel is talented at building long lasting successful partnerships, she works hard to understand her Clients cultural and business requirements and delivers excellence at all times.
  • Tom Lane
    Tom Lane is a highly energized, and customer focused People Manager. His passion for technology and Continuous Improvements ensures that R.T.Lane Recruitment can achieve a professionally seamless and rewarding recruitment process for both Clients and Candidates.
  • Terry Yelverton
    Terry Yelverton, part of the R.T. Lane team working on the Engineering sector on both contract and permanent roles. He brings near 5 years experience in recruitment across industries with a strong appreciation of candidate and client experiences and relationships. Has progressed to mentor and manage throughout his career. With previously near 15 years industry experience within the construction residential and commercial industry along with hospitality industry, he brings his own insights and values to compliment RT Lane's further growth and progression.
